I can't enter my customer code to log in
In this new app, you can now login using your phone number or
email address. This information is already linked to your
account. You can simply enter your phone number or email address
to log in.
I can't sign into my account
Unlike our old Navendor application, you no longer need to use
your SAP code but your phone number or email address to log in.
The phone number to use is the one linked to your account with
us.
I forgot my phone number/email address
A specific phone number/email address is linked to your account.
I dont receive the security message through SMS or email.
To connect, the double-authentication factor is mandatory. If
you do not receive the security message, it is probably a
technical problem.
Switching between accounts
You can switch between accounts by logging in with the desired
account or directly from within the application.
